PAP Exports Heimtextil Frankfurt 2025

Exhibition showcase – Heimtextil 2025

The Heimtextil in Frankfurt, is the largest annual congregation of manufacturers, dealers, exporters, buyers and importers from around the world, engaged in the field of home furnishings, made-ups and textiles. Held every year in the month of January, it is a must visit for everyone associated at any level with the home furnishings industry. Incidentally, it is also one of the biggest highlights of the exhibition calendar for Studio One Designs Pvt. Ltd. Every year since 2005, when Studio One designed its first stand at the fair, the Heimtextil has been the mainstay of their exhibition stand designing journey. Every year brings more design opportunities, more boundaries are broken, more lessons are learnt and more experiences are gained.

Here we share with you, a snapshot of one of our works in the last edition of the Heimtextil that was held in the month of January 2025. This was a booth that we designed and built for PAP Exports, one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of organic cotton furnishings, based in the city of Karur, Tamil Nadu. PAP Exports happens to be one of those clients that we have been working with for over 20 years now. The fact that they have always called upon us to design and to construct their stands at the Heimtextil in Frankfurt, Germany or at the IHGF in Greater Noida, India, is a badge of honor for us that we wear with pride.

The usual design brief for their stand is to keep it simple and straightforward. The emphasis is always on creating the maximum possible display without overcrowding it. The display has to be easy to understand and organize, and each product should have a section of its own, so that it doesn’t get mixed up, and confuse the visitors.

But this time was different. They wanted to create a modern, eye-catching display, and were ready to bet on a little bit of flamboyance. Their booth this time was just a little smaller than their usual 80sqm size. But we decided to give it our best shot. We put our heads together, and designed a layout where each product was given a space and an identity of its own. We decided against creating too many shelves to increase the display. Instead, we thought of using a wide variety of display styles, and mixing them up, so as a create a display that was anything but monotonous, was very eye-catching and quite interesting. Next we thought of using a mix of paint, raw unpolished pinewood and a striking blue patterned wall paper to complete the look, and give it just that little bit of flamboyance without making it over-powering or gaudy.

The next edition of the Heimtextil is coming up and preparations for it need to start now, for the best results and for the biggest bang for your buck. We encourage you to think about the theme you would want to follow and design styles that you would want to adopt for your next outing at the fair. If you want the best ROI for the money spent on the fair, now is the time to start seriously thinking about it.

Happy Exhibiting!!
