Germany boasts of, maybe, the most vibrant environment to host and to attend exhibitions and trade shows of all kinds and for all sectors. And one of the most important cities in the exhibition map of Germany is Frankfurt. Most fairs here are hosted by Messe Frankfurt, and, almost always, happen to be the biggest and the best of their respective segments. Naturally, designing stands / booths for exhibitions hosted here, are always a matter of pride!

Some of the important exhibitions / trade shows associated with Frankfurt, are

• Heimtextil: The biggest exhibition for the home furnishings and contract textiles industry, it is held in early January every year, and boasts of a very high exhibitor and visitor base from all over the world.

•  Ambiente: Its the world’s most important consumer goods fair for the Dining, Giving and Living areas. Held in the second week of February every year, this fair, has a very sizable participation from the Indian handicrafts and gifts industry. Together with Christmas World and Tendence, it constitutes the most important circuit for handicrafts and gifts producers and buyers from around the world.

There are a lot of other fairs too, that are hosted by Messe Frankfurt, or by other organizers, that are held annually, or once in two years, or maybe even once every three years.  We will be discussing those too in upcoming posts.
